I ask people to meet me weekly for six weeks to help establish the therapeutic relationship.
After that you can stay with weekly sessions or move to bi-monthly.

Sessions cost £65 for 50mins.
If you need financial support please let me know. I reserve some sessions for reduced fee clients.

Yes. You can end therapy whenever you want. I always recommend we work together around endings so the process feels as complete as it can for you.

Step 1
We have an intro chat - on zoom or the phone.
Step 2
We have an initial session to see how it feels working together. From that you decide if you wish to have regular sessions.
Step 3
We sign a co-created working agreement, outlining all the details that frame our work e.g. confidentiality, payment, commitment, cancellation etc
